Welcome to PARSE

The Pennsylvania Association of Retired State Employees (PARSE) is a statewide organization covering state retirees and their beneficiaries, current state employees, and State Regulatory Agencies retirees. PARSE was established in 1973. Currently, there are thousands of members in 30 functioning chapters with many members who reside throughout the United States

This association is organized and functions to unite all state retirees in order to advance and promote the interest of all state annuitants. The purpose will be achieved by (a) the promotion of legislation favorable to our members, (b) through the encouragement of our chapters in the educational, financial, and social welfare of our members, and (c) the cooperation with other organizations advancing the interests of retirees generally.
